Macie Franklin

Macie, a talented 9-year-old artist, is making waves with her creative pursuits. She is passionate about writing and illustrating her own stories, as well as crafting small-scale three-dimensional sculptures inspired by her storybook characters. Her latest project, Burrowing Buddies, brings to life the adventures of her charming underground critters.

Gallery 164 proudly features six of Macie’s intricately detailed sculptures, each crafted with Hey Clay and measuring approximately one inch in every dimension. All proceeds from her sales will directly support local artists impacted by Helene.

Macie emphasizes that her creations are not toys but collectible works of art. Alongside her artistic endeavors, she enjoys acting and recently took on the role of Miss Hannigan in a production of Annie.

Hailing from Atlanta, Macie is the daughter of Meg and Ben Franklin. Her artistic journey is supported by her grandfather Jeff Harris and her GPa Jerry Jackson, co-owners of Gallery 164.
